Shipping expences for all orders over 300 Euro are offered by Tabacco. Orders below 300 euro, are charged with a shipping fee of 7 euro when mailing to Italy and 15 euro when mailing to any other country. Shipping is done through the CORRIERE ESPRESSO TNT, and deliveries will take between 24 and 48 hours from shipping time(Saturdays and Holidays excluded).

An order can take up to 15 days to be processed depending on stock availability. Registered customers will be able to monitor the status of their shipment directly from their personal account on our website www.tabacco.it by using a specific tracking number which will be emailed to the customer. Each delivery is covered by our insurance and if a package is lost during delivery the customer will have the option of reimbursement or the redelivery of the same merchandise at no further cost to the customer.
Please be sure to verify the contents of the package at the moment of delivery in front of the delivery-person before signing for the package. If the order is missing or damaged, refuse the package or request a written document stating the problem. Otherwise Tabacco will not be responsible for a faulty delivery.
Ordered merchandise will generally be shipped out within 24 hours of the placement of the order, otherwise the customer will be informed through email about the estimated time of delivery.

Prices
Tabacco Jewelers offers the best quality of Italian gold and precious jewelry to the entire world, because of this our prices are given without including tax. For deliveris within Italy and the E.U. the system will automatically include a 20% tax (IVA) when an order is placed. For any other country the price will remain the marked one because the customer will then pay the required tax of their specific country. Thanks to the opening of our website, our customers in the United States can finally enjoy acquiring merchandise at an even lower price than those found in our stores in Italy because of the markedly low tax.

We consider our prices to be the best available for our quality, after all this has always been the principal goal of our business. In the best spirit of a business which has opened itself to the world of internet we ask our customers' cooperation in helping us maintain our highest standards. Therefore we will welcome any indication from our customers of another store or e-business that sells merchandise of equal quality at our same or lower price. Tabacco is located in Lentini (SR) and in Milan (MI) Italy. We are required to include IVA tax on Italian sales. USA laws require a tax for (differente on each state) purchased items, therefore or prices DO NOT include those taxes, they will be charged to the customer during delivery, contact courier to find out your State's taxes.
